HISTORY

2008

Complex modernization of our paint shop, with installing robots and air conditioning system in cabins. Our line is equipped with FANUC P-250iA robots with 6 moving axis, which are modern robots presented in Europe in 2007. Painting process is performed with pneumatic technology. Air conditioning system was installed by EISENMANN company.

Starting the cooperation with General Motors Corporation. Launching production for Chevrolet AVEO. We started to produce bumpers, spoilers, IP panels and other plastic parts for all AVEO models.

2007

We awarded certificate of compliance with ISO 14001.

2006

We awarded certificate of compliance with Quality Management System ISO/TS 16949.

2005

- Beginning of introduction the TS 16949
- Starting deliveries to Avto Zaz Ukraine

2003

We awarded certificate of compliance with ISO 9001.

2000

Introducing production for Daewoo Matiz.

1998

Start of production large plastic parts (bumpers, Instrument Panels, door trims) for Daewoo Lanos with new molding machines UBE 2500 and UBE 3500.

1997

- - Establishing Joint - Venture between ZZM FSO and Koram Plastics Co.
- Changing company name into Koram ZZM Poland Sp. z o.o.
- Introducing painting line
- Awarding ISO 9002 certificate.

Start of production of large plastic parts for POLONEZ.

Launching modern PUR processing Line for Automotive industry.

Company foundation as ZZM FSO and assembling power units for POLONEZ special models.
