PAINTING PLASTICS

Our paint shop, just modernized in 2008 by installing robots and new ventilation system, allows us to paint plastics in modern, full automated way. Painting line contains 3 painting booths, flaming and deionization booths as well.

We have seven modern robot machines FANUC P-250iA working in 6 axis. Robots are as follows: 1 for flaming, 1 for primer, 3 for basecoat and 2 for clear coat. We paint with pneumatics and electrostatics.

We paint huge (bumpers, rocker moldings, instrumental panels) as well as small (spoilers, housings, hole plugs) plastic parts.

We can paint with conveyor speed up to 3m/min.

We are using solvent paints with Quick Color Change System.

With modern air-conditioning EISENMANN system we keep stable conditions in cabins independently on outdoor weather.
