KORAM ZZM has applied Total Quality Management according to ISO/TS 16949 and environmental requirements PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 in the field of:

- Planning the production process,

- Producing goods according to the technical documentation, master sample or customer's tool.

KORAM has acquired certificates of compliance with above mentioned standards from DQS POLAND.

Total Quality Management System is a tool which assure that our will products meet customers demand. It's idea is to involve all workers to achieve goals defined in company policy. It also ensures that in case of any nonconformity responsible persons and management will be informed to establish corrective actions.
